1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using ServiceTrack (the website or the Android app), you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Service Description
ServiceTrack, operated by SIMPLIFIED MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS, provides service-request, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), appointment, and technician management tools for appliance service and AMC businesses, along with a self-service portal for their customers.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Staff accounts are created and managed by your company's Admin; customer accounts may be self-registered.
4. Subscription & Billing
Business (company) accounts are billed according to the plan selected at signup. Fees already billed for a billing cycle are non-refundable once that cycle has started. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time to stop future billing; contact us using the details below.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse ServiceTrack — including attempting to access data belonging to another business, interfering with the service's normal operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
ServiceTrack and its features, design, and branding are owned by SIMPLIFIED MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS and protected by applicable law. Business data you enter remains your own property.
7. Service Availability & Liability
ServiceTrack is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work to keep it accurate and available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms or remain unpaid beyond the applicable grace period, as described at signup.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Kolkata, West Bengal having jurisdiction over any dispute.
